Did you receive a call from Grand Holidays and resort to provide you an attractive holiday package deal? Look elsewhere, because Grand Holidays & Resorts is not the answer. My recent experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel obligated to spread the word to protect fellow travelers from a similar fate. Let me tell you how I got cheated after paying an amount of 1.08 Lakhs for 5 year membership in their Visakhapatnam sales pitch seminar. The sales man was Prabhjeet Singh and his manger was Anuradha.

Despite their enticing promises of luxury accommodations and unparalleled service and having tie up with more than 3k hotels across the world, during the sales pitch, Grand Holidays & Resorts consistently FAILS to deliver. Can you believe they can’t provide any property in JAIPUR when you placing the request 1.5 months in advance. They never provide bookings that meet your needs, always brushing you off with a standard "not available" response. It's as if their definition of luxury is worlds apart from reality. I am ATTACHING all a few reposes on different occasions where I just got a reply that they can’t take the booking due to one or the other reason. I have many such emails but can’t acctch more due to limit set by mouthshut.

But that's not the worst part. During their lengthy sales pitches, they conveniently omit crucial information, leaving you blindsided when they later refuse your booking for reasons never mentioned before. It's a classic bait-and-switch tactic that leaves you feeling deceived and cheated.

Don't fall for their slick marketing tactics or glossy brochures. Behind the facade of luxury lies a company that lacks integrity and fails to deliver on its promises. Your dream vacation deserves better than Grand Holidays & Resorts.

Edit (on 21st Feb 2024) - spoke to staff Shubham from this company who said to take out the sales staff name from this review as she has big contact in police department and I will be behind the bar. Also the company has a 20 lawyers to fight the case if I go to consumer court. These are the exact words that have been used. Also, I have been told that my membership has been put on hold after I put this review. I really wonder that instead of resolving customer complain they have audacity to threat the customer.
