They will not refund your money back once you move out of apartments. They are worse than brokers. They don't pick up your call and neither they will share any contact number to call upon. We took a room for my cousin behind Star Bazaar with help of Bharat and some Lachu.
They have taken the money as defined by grabhouse. now they are not even picking up the call, nor refunding the money. Beware of these guys.
