I would suggest you stay the hell away from these people. I had the worst experience with them almost two years later they just dropped the project and basically, I was forced to look for help somewhere else at that time.
Let me tell you how this is going to go! First you get a call from a guy name Snehasish Chakraborty or someone else in that department. After you get through all the details, he pretends that he understands exactly what you want, he comes back with a proposal you believe you cannot refuse. This proposal is outlining all the details and when you see the price you think Wow. That is your first mistake.
Once you accept the proposal and he presents you with a contract and withing that contract they request a 30 to 50% deposit of the total contract also they outline the monthly payments you are to pay them. Accepting to pay the deposit and the Following payment is the second mistake. Once you accept you will start getting phone calls from Kaustav Dutta withing 4 to 8 hours this guy will harass you and pressure you to make that payment and all subsequent payments right away they do not give you time to check the work, and since you think you got a deal you want to pay them and keep them happy.
They will then present you with a plan to complete the project and for the first couple of months they follow the contract guidelines, and you get weekly updates and meetings with Prithwiraj Bhattacharjee or someone in the same position “Project Manager” then suddenly BAAM! They came back with a demand for more money from the project. In most cases after talking to other people and depending on the project they want more that 100% of the original contract amount and 30 to 50% is due right there and then, at this point, you only have two options Or so you think! Agree to the new terms and pay the additional deposit or lose your original deposit.
Agreeing to the additional cost is your last and worst mistake. If you were going to lose 4000 you are now poised to lose way more, much more. Mark these words. They will not Honor any contract or commitments even if you have a signed copy and they decide to break the contract what are your options? None! They are in India, and you are thousands of miles away in a different country no laws to protect you and that my friends is why they are preying on companies or individuals from the US and Europe the most.
Lastly! Then the contract money is about to run out. Check this out! Your project is meaningless to them. If there is no more money to squeeze out of you, they will gradually and slowly stop responding and not performing the tasks they committed to do. They Make all types of excuses. What they really want is for you to get fed-up and move on.
If you stick around, they will either drop the project or claim they are completed. Only if there is no more money left in the contract otherwise, they will stretch it out until all is gone.
Do yourself a favor and stay away from these people, I paid them thousands of dollars on the project and at the end I was forced to hire a new developer and start my project almost from scratch. What they gave me was not even 60% complete. The story above is basically how it went in my case. Don’t let that be you do some research on them.
