GOIGI. Unethical Con Men
GOIGI reviewed the unfinished website that we had, to determine whether they could finish the site or if we would need to start over with a completely new site. After their review, GOIGI contracted to finish the site per the specifications we provided them, in 50 to 60 working days.
Thirty days after GOIGI began the work, GOIGI's "senior executive" Dutta BEGGED us to pay the balance on the contract that was due upon completion of the work. He said he needed the money early, before it was due, to "pay his employees". Fearing GOIGI was going out of business, we paid the balance with the hope that we would get our site before GOIGI went out of business.
It took GOIGI over FOUR MONTHS to do the work that they had contracted to do in 50 to 60 working days. During those four months, GOIGI's work was sloppy, careless, and in some cases just plain incompetent. When called out, the "project manager" Bhattacharjee, and GOIGI's "senior executive" Dutta, were belligerent, disrespectful, and rude. Not one word of apology for costing our company an extra two months and almost $300, 000.00 in lost income was given. Not one word.
Goigi is a sub-standard company run by arrogant, ignorant little people of low caliber. They are disgusting internet bottom feeders who troll the cesspools of the internet looking for unsuspecting prey. They have absolutely no regard or respect for their customers. They collect your money and that's it. They can't afford to pay their people to do the work, so they just move on to their next victim.
On 3 April 2023, my company demanded that GOIGI deliver the site for which we paid to our server. NO response. GOIGI simply ignored our demand. We have wasted four months and $2, 700.00 and we have NOTHING to show for it. THAT is GOIGI arrogance.
We are filing a criminal fraud complaint against GOIGI with the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) of West Bengal, and we are filing a civil lawsuit against Iglobal (GOIGI's parent company), GOIGI, Bhattacharjee (the individual), and Dutta (the individual), to recover the losses that GOIGI cost us by their non-performance and fraud. My guess is the time and expense of defending a lawsuit the size of which we are filing WILL put GOIGI out of business. My Board of Directors has authorized me to spend whatever it takes to recover our damages. Fortunately, we are a global company. We have a lot of money and can afford to go the distance.
