WHAT A PATHETIC SERVICE OF GOIBIBO!


I had booked 2 rooms for my friend with GOIBIBO. At the time of booking I was told that the booking is confirmed by Ms. Mehak Batra, but when my friend reached the hotel, there was no booking by this name .


This is the kind of service and commitment provide by Goibibo.


If the booking was not confirmed you should inform us well in advance so that we can make alternate arrangements. My friend went there to celebrate his anniversary and its so embarrassing to face such a situation.Calling on the numbers of Goibibo is such a big pain as no one answers the call even the Kings hotel offered a third class guest house to my friend .


At 8 pm, where should he search for a new hotel? What is the meaning of Booking in advance?


When I called your Customer Care, what they said was "We will refund you the amount difference of guest house to Super deluxe Room of the Hotel. Refund is not a solution at the end time ".


I want a complete explanation, why did this happened?


Have mailed several times to Mehak Batra, but she is not replying at all.


Goibibo does fake commitments with their guests and you tagline "BOOKINGS DONE DONA DONE DONE" does not mean anything at all.
