Ibibo Web Pvt Ltd is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
Goibibo is a cheater travel website and dont process the refund. For the return journey(31st, Dec, 2014) JAI->BLR(infant cancellation - ZHPZSQ) I have not received the refund as of today(21/02/2015).
They unnecessarily charges the cancellation charges for infant whereas airline give full refund for the infant cancellation.
Till today(i.e 09/17/2015) the refund is not processed. Shame on Goibibo.Now their automated systems(IVR) doesnt even allow you to connect customer care executive for old refunds.
BEWARE OF THIS CHEATER TRAVEL AGENT. NEVER BOOK FROM THIS SITE. MAKEMYTRIP IS FAR BETTER IN TERMS OF REFUND.
