Ibibo Web Pvt Ltd is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
I booked a Hotel via GoIbibo on 27-Oct-2020. But, I was not able to reach the Hotel’s contact number provided by Goibibo. I had even mailed to the Hotel for my booking, but I did not get any response. Later I came to know that the Hotel was shut down long ago and was not operational. I reported the same to Goibibo customer care agents on 28-Oct-2020, who had also verified and informed me that refund will be provided to me. But I have not received the refund and compensation from GoIbibo for cheating on me.
I even sent the below-detailed email to them immediately. However, I did not get any response. Please help me get the Refund amount of 921 INR to my account by which I made the Hotel booking originally and help me get the compensation for the discomfort and mental trauma they created for me.
I have also attached the Fraud Hotel's images, My payment receipt to Goibibo & hotel booking confirmation, and my detailed email to the Goibibo team & its CEO.

Issue History is as follows
On the day when I booked, I tried contacting the below numbers that Goibibo published, but they were not operational either. My first Call to Goibibo customer care:
I reported and complained about the incident to Goibibo customer care(Agent name: Priya) stating that Hotel was closed and I requested an alternative around 7:26 PM IST on 28-Oct-2020, and I was promised a call-back within 10 minutes. Unfortunately, no one from your team called me yet.
My second Call to Goibibo customer care:
I waited for around 2 hours and made the second call to the customer-care agent around 9:30 PM IST on 28-Oct-2020. I was told that the concerned agent(Kushboo) was assigned to the issue, and I was again promised a call back from you which did not happen at all.
My 3rd and 4th Calls to Goibibo customer care:
I waited for Gobibibo's call-back time and time again. Following this, I made calls to customer care again and again on the same night and requested a refund as the agents were not able to find alternative Hotels for me. I was left on the street with my wife and small kids without any accommodation because of the incorrect booking by Goibibo.
My 5th Call to Goibibo customer care:
I attended a couple of incoming calls from numbers that looked like Goibibo CC around 1:30 am on 29-Oct-2020, but the other end was silent without anyone talking. I reported this incident to customer care again and asked for my refund status which was promised, but not provided to me yet.
I reached the Goibibo suggested location in Erode and took photos(NotWorkingHotelRoyalPark_Pic1.jpeg, NotWorkingHotelRoyalPark_Pic2.jpeg, and NotWorkingHotelRoyalPark_Pic3.jpeg) of the building which I have attached herewith for your reference and investigation.
Goibibo agents Vinay and Arvind promised me that a complete refund will be provided as I have not utilized the Hotel which does not even exist.
It has been more than a week, I have neither received any call-back nor the Refund from Goibibo.
I am completely dissatisfied with Goibibo's booking experience and the customer service experience.
Please arrange compensation for the mental trauma I am going through because of Goibibo and provide me my money back which you levied for a Hotel that was closed and is not operational.
