WARNING ?? I am sharing my recent experience with #GogeoHolidays. I was searching for a package to Munnar and i got 2 packages i.e for 35k, 50k so i was confused to go for the best. Since NRI is coming with me for a trip i want to go for the best instead of the cost. There comes #GogeoHolidays and gave me a package for 70k then i said i got a package for 35k and 50k so I don't need a package right now but the #Gogeo staff who is north indian (u.p) asked to share the other package. I was expecting the best package instead of going via cost and #Gogeo again called me and said the other package #TravelTriangle (which i shared to #Gogeo staff) itself will book from them i.e #TravelTriangle will book from #Gogeo. Also that #Gogeo staff started brain wash me informing #TravelTriangle rooms will be like cheap rooms and their cab will be very worst conditions so i asked them 1000 times before booking because #NRI is coming with me. They confirmed me that they will provide rooms with balcony and tempo with the best condition so i bargained and booked for 65k however the things happen from day 1 is opposite. On the 1st day when driver comes and open the back door there were around 5 Liquor bottles. We were shocked. We came to kochi by 3am but #Gogeo had not compromise to pick us by 3am instead they said they will pick us by 6am however driver called in the morning and said he will start by 8am so that we can see few places in kochi but i need to force driver to come by 7am since i booked a hotel to freshup in kochi for 3500rs which is additional to this package. Then driver took us to Munnar, while we go to munnar driver feels like he is riding Fast and furious tempo while climbing hills. We informed the driver several times but the driver is only saying i am experiencing so don't worry. I was totally disappointed on the tempo condition so i informed the #Gogeo with the images and videos (attached) but the interesting thing is #Gogeo said it was neat and good (screenshot attached). Later again i sent another video wherein seats in the tempo are fully damaged (video attached) but still they didnt find any problem in Tempo. I thought they are not giving proper service so i said i already paid 37k which is half of the package before the trip starts so remaining money i will pay on the last day because we were not sure with the driver whether he will pick us on the next day or not. I said #Gogeo clearly about all these issues but they are still begging me for money. I said tempo is not upto the mark but i am not bargaining because the balcony rooms are good. I said i will pay the remaining full money by splitting it by 2nd and 3rd day but still they didnt accept. I said i am now totally not believe you so I won't make any payment right now. Immediately they called driver to stop and they stopped us in middle of forest and asking for money if money not provided he will leave us their and go. I asked if i didnt make payment you dont leave us because we are under your control but your not under my control but these fraud #Gogeo refused and begged for full money and they got it. Later that on the next day one of the tyre is busted (photo and video attached) thank god we came down from hills back to allapey. I called them and informed these issues immediately #Gogeo staff cuts the call and not responding. I started messaging her in whatsapp she is not responding and later she said she is a middle man between travels so i will speak with travels. No response when i call them back #Gogeo said that wait ( screenshot attached) i called them back and said yesterday you didnt waited for me to make payment you suddenly stopped in middle of the forest and went, even she know my #daughter age is just 4. Even driver is not having kid to change the stepney. And very interesting thing is stepney is very worst (image attached) i agained called and asked about the guarantee for our life again #Gogeo said this is sunday and i am on leave and cuts the call. I was waited for 2 hours in middle of the road for 2nd day and we arranged a mechanic while driver who is in kerala was searching for mechanic (images and videos attached). Then we said the driver clearly change the tyre while we are in boat house. But on next day the driver said all shops in kerala are closed on sunday so i will change today while we go somewhere but we refused to start since our life is important for us instead of this vacation then driver left us in beach where the climate is very hot and then he came back after 2 hours changing the tyre. And on the final day driver wants to leave us early so he started fights with us informing what ever places which i am telling as per itinerary is closed or not open for public. (Fort kochi is not an tourist place its a army place. Fisherman net is nothing just watching so he decided it is not required) later he started fighting with us informing i will leave u in railway station and you go to lulu mall via metro and be in AC. And we were serious worried about our life since he started rash driving so we decided to go back to railway station by 3pm for 9.30 train and we left aged persons in railway waiting hall and we went to lulu mall by our own. Tempo is having AC but we cant feel the chillness (video attached) water is leaking inside tempo and backdoor is opening everytime when driver put sudden break. Driving is putting sudden break every 10 mins. When i said these things to #Gogeo and informing your service is bad now #Gogeo staff changed her voice since she begged all the money and got it. There were lot of false commitment which is given by the #Gogeo staff for booking the package i.e i asked them about the entrence fee she said it would be 20 or 30rs but all the tourism places is having entrence from 200 to 1000. Shocking thing is these are running by #KeralaGovernment. We know where these money is going. In tamilnadu botancial garden is 20rs ticket but in munnar its 200 per head.

Agency executives Sri.K. Biju IAS, Govt Secretary Sri. PB Nooh IAS, Director kindly look into these we are not happy even all the tourist who come from other states are not happy with the prices. Kindly look into it, one thing i should appreciate is most of the places are neat. When government is running something it should always be service motive. Come to tamilnadu (#TNCMCELL) and see how tourists are happy.
As a conclusion if your coming to munnar better avoid #GoGeo because full of false commitment. I spoke with another couple in boathouse who came through #Gogeo he was fooled by saying they will have candle light dinner. Funny thing is they just kept 70rs candle in one plastic table for dinner and fullfilled their worst of candle light dinner (images and video attached) In boat they will put AC only in the night so boat is full of hot so we cant stay in rooms when we come out we will have some insects. No water bottle is kept in Boathouse rooms when i ask the person who is working their he is speaking like owner and telling me take a bottle and fill it on the common water can even if we need water in middle of the night, and he is telling this is the service and then i said to call your owner but he refused and said if you want all these you should go to different boat house. So if anyone is planning for #MunnarTrip go with triple the money than we expected. Also if your still believe #Gogeo with the fake reviews which they had like me then i cant stop you, only one suggestion that i can tell for you is dont pay full amount before the package starts. Just pay 10k for advance and 5k for petrol when we start (5.5k petrol is more than enough for the trip) then split the remaining amount and pay day by day till last day orelse your trip even your life is not guaranteed by #Gogeo. #munnar is a place where we can only spend 1 day there for the sight seeing because we will skip most of the common places (botanical garden, flower garden, few parks, zipline, etc) instead paying high price for worthless. Allapey boathouse is not upto the mark nowadays there were so many boathouse that are maintained well through out india, since #AllapeyBoatHouse is the first one to start we came here but it's totally worst. Even they are leaving in fish market, sight seeing, massage center to serve us but there are coming behind us and getting commission so we are getting paid more in that way.
