There was a problem with our washing machine. There was a leakage issue. We called the customer service and the person came for service. He identified that the tube in washing machine has some holes because of insect bite.It is not covered under warranty. He got some money from us(just to buy a new tube and no additional amount) and he bought the new tube from a nearby shop and replaced the old tube.
Thus he helped us to solve the issue which is not covered under warranty.
