So friends this product which we are going to talk today is not so expensive, Why. because I bought this product 3-4 years ago after 6 to 7 months this Ac shown some problem then I call to the Smart Care No. then didn't received my call then I call many times then they received so I told every thing about this problems then they told OK you will get your service as soon as possible.
After that I wait till 2 to 3 days then 1 massage came to my phone so I read it in that message they gave their No. then I call him I told -(What happen why are you not coming) then he told his problem to me( No this happen That happen I will come tomorrow). Then I told OK then he came and repair and told that Spring motor is damage so I have to replace From 2013 to 2017 became but the Spring motor repaired.
In this all Problems you would know that their Service & Support are not good. Now it is working better but the cooling of the Air-conditioner is decrees and some Sounds Are coming from it. I am not Satisfaction with the Service & Support their service and support are very bad. If we will ask to the Care than they will tell us low price of the product but if we will go to the company's dealer then they will say very high price.
