Goa is the party destination on India. It is the place you go for trips with your friends. This happened after "Dil Chahtah Hai" released and that movie gave travel goal for many youngsters and now it is the first place that comes to your mind when you plan trips with your trips. Its a party no matter if you are with family or friends.

There are many transportation options to and from Goa. You can go by bus, train or plane or your own car. The costs of the commute depend on with mode of transport you choose. Bus and train are quite affordable, while plane might be a bit more priced. Having your own car can be a good thing as then you don't have to hire any other vehicle.

There are way too many places for you to see. From Churches to beaches to forts, everything is really beautiful and mesmerizing. Goa has to part North Goa and South Goa. North Goa is filled with tourist spots and hotel and is more commercialized than South Goa. North Goa is where the beach parties and other such events are help. This is more buzzing with entertainment and fun things to go. South Goa is more quite and very little commercialized. If you are looking to have a quite time, this is your place. The beaches here don't have restaurants and water rides or many people for that matter. Whichever part you decide to visit you are in for a lot of fun.There are many places you can shop from. There are many local vendors near every beach in North Goa. There are also some brand's shops in the market.

There are many places you can choose from for your stay. There are hotels, hostels or temples/ashrams you can stay at. The prices go from quite cheap to very expensive, so it is affordable for everyone. The accommodations are quite decent and people here are helpful.

Goa is quite safe. there is security at crowded places and people are also decent enough to help if God forbid anything happens. Still I would advice to take basic safety precautions while traveling, which are:
