Dear team,


This mail is with respect to the journey on Fight no G8-451, PNR no XE6YP6 by 24th Dec’16 from Pune to Ahmedabad. My sister was travelling with her 4 year old baby girl only. The scheduled time of flight was 11 PM, latter flight got delayed and rescheduled to 12 AM.


She had connecting train from Ahmedabad to Gandhidham. Due to delay in flight she had strong chances to miss the train. In this regard I spoke with ‘Go Air’ call center and ask them for alternate solution(in terms of re-scheduling the flight) as there was female candidate only and it would have 1 AM night by the time she would have reached Ahmedabad. In the place of apology to customer due to delay in flight the guy was teaching me the terms and condition which I had accepted while ticketing(Since I only get the ticket for her, she being my sister). Anyway story doesn’t end here only… the horrible experience keep continued…


Later she reached pune airport by 11 PM only, but due to long queue boarding got delayed by 10 minutes and she reached to boarding counter by 11:21. The lady sitting there refuses to accept her luggage as she was late by 8 minutes. My sister insisted her all the ways(she almost begged) to support her as the lady was asking her to leave her luggage there only and board the flight. My sister even told her the she might miss the train due to delay in flight and top of that if no luggage will be there she can face extreme difficulty in Ahmedabad, but the lady staff was not ready to listen. My sister called me and ask me to speak with that Go Air Lady, I spoke with her for almost 5 minutes and requested in all ways, but she seems stub to not to turn in any ways, Finally she told “whatever you want do, whomsoever you want to speak, speak, I can’t do anything” and hang-up the phone. This takes almost next 10 minutes. Latter my sister again spoke with her and somehow managed to get the luggage boarded and latter travelled.


The purpose why I am writing this mail is to ask Go Air authorities that if by any rule boarding was closed then how it got open finally after all the fight, arguments etc. there would be two things either boarding can be done or boarding can’t done. If boarding would have done, then why a female candidate had to go through all these nonsense. How come an airline service staff can be this much ruthless, why didn’t any of the staff regretted or apologized for delay in flight? Where was morality toward a female and kid traveler?


Is this the routine service/ approach of you guys or it was just an accident?


We( Me and my sister) are traveling in airline since last 15 years but we never experienced such a horrible experience with any of the operator. So far I personally travelled with GoAir 3 times and every time it was delayed. We always supported Go Air and never make any noise so far. But rarely(probably last time) we were asking for support from you and you showed what you guys are up to.


Guys learn something from Indigo… wish you luck and heart.
