Go 92.5 FM, the sound of Mumbai, is radio station owned by the same guys who are behind the news(and ad)digest Mid-Day.

This station is the only station which has'nt sold its sould(so to speak) and not buckled under the need to play hindi music throughout the day. 92.5 plays a predominantly English playlist. Its not as if Hindi is not played at all, but the stuff played is pleasing to the ears and not all bad.

They have a lot of spunky RJs like TMan, Chris, Anish Trivedi(in the mornings earlier), Tarana, Savio and the rest of the gang, who do a great job playing the music, and stick to music and not a lot of trash. I love the selections they play at night, where since I ama oldie Hindi song freak, Win 94.6 and Go fight for control of my ear-waves(sorry 'bout that pun.. :-( hectic day)

Earlier thay had Horn OK Please which was done by Jack and Jaggu, Jack seems to be missing but the show, with Malini still rocks!

Bacardi Breezer vivid nights are on weekdays, and as you guessed, only songs where you can shake your booty are allowed entry. Late, they also have the Midnight shift, where a few songs are played back to back, and real classics at that.

A new show called College radio, has GO come onver to colleges and get students to become the RJs for that particular show, my gripe with this show is that the colleges where they go to are limited and are the usual suspects , so to speak. Another cool concept is the Dabba service done by Glenn, where during lunch hours on weekdays, office goers can phone in and dedicate/ request a song.
