So, tired of eating only particular type of food out side? then you should visit GLOBAL FUSION!
Lets talk about AMBIENCE first
this restaurant is very huge and not only one but has many branches. Location like Mumbai is quite a posh area and the restaurants and fabulous and one of them is global fusion .People are kind, sweet and well dressed [obviously] but a surprising fact is many of the film stars have also visited this place as per my knowledge.
FOOD PRESENTATION
so in many buffet food presentation is not very important for restaurants but in global fusion food is presented in very fashionable style starting from the normal dishes to the way dumplings are served which is not even tasty but attractive also. As it is buffet in global fusion you get about 70 types of different dishes or more at your service.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
for global fusion staff, customers are very important and they make sure that the wishes of their customers are fulfilled.A very unique way is followed if you want to dine in global fusion. First you have to book your table through a phone call and then confirm your booking. They will not delay your orders of starters but sometimes they bring the starters which you have tasted already at first, this may irritate you o if you have strictly said them not to repeat the starters which have been already served.
FOOD QUALITY and QUANTITY
it is very important for restaurants to maintain their quality and quantity, as I personally have visited GLOBAL FUSION more than 10 times and their quality is inch perfect and same and quantity of 70 plus cuisines sometimes even that amount of number becomes heavy, trust me!
VALUE FOR MONEY?
so Global fusion only provides a buffet system so the rates are decided already for the day. Usually it is RS 750 for lunch from MONDAY TO THURSDAY and at night 1500 and at weekends its 1500 . for so much of food and different types of dishes I guess its value for money

for all vegans, no need to worry there are many dishes to try
corn cream, crispy corn, tandoori mushrooms, biscuit pizza
and ya! do eat the dessert, my personal favourite is banana strawberry
