I am able to see the rating, employee feedback, salary structure, company stability, growth prospects, work life balance of employees etc under a unified portal. Now a days they also have added link about the opening in companies, through which you can directly go and apply for the job.
They also have feature to provide the interview feedback and details of interview been conducted, which helps a lot is preparing for the interview. Best part is the confidentiality, they do not expose the name or any identity of any of the person who places the feedback in the portal. All the feedback are first examined and cross checked for quality, than only they are added to the portal.
People can not use any kind of offensive or abusive languages their. Slowly it became a huge database of the company profile and rating. Sucha nice initiative by glasdoor.
