I signed up at glassdoor a year back to check reviews of a company where my interview was scheduled. This website has reviews of previous employers, salary, interview process, and stuff. The mobile application is also pretty great, everything is placed very properly and easy to use. Glassdoor also has their job portal where you get recommendation according to your interest. That's a pretty good feature as I got recommendation based on my location and skills. Although I never got a call from any firm stating that they have viewed my profile from glassdoor I don't think that's the motive of glassdoor.
