NOT SATISFIED with Dr. Monis and his commitment at Vashi center.
I had many bad experiences with Glam doc.
Experience 1: Initially Mr. Vinay(Marketing person) was in contact with me for follow up however after the procedure he stopped doing so not even bothered about my feedback.
Experience 2: I was very much worried and it was difficult for me to make a decision. I had a lot of queries in my mind. Am I paying large money 70-80 k? Will I get a good result? Is the procedure really painless? Is there any adverse effect? How many days I have to keep dressed etc.
Dr. Monis answered all my question in a very much smart way which I did not record but yes I do remember. He convinced me that in the market you will have to pay more than lac rupees. Our result definitely better. The procedure is purely painless, we use FUE Implanter pen and we give anesthesia before the procedure and many more talk.
Let me tell you, it’s a very painful experience. You can see cotton swab stained with blood, with a lot of cotton swabs.
Experience 3: After the procedure felt dizzy and uneasy. I was feeling like I am carrying a heavy load on my head for an initial 10-15 hours.
Experience 4: I hardly slept at night because the moment I was turning it was paining. Initial 3 nights were worse.
Experience 5: Dr. Monis said, after 2 days of procedure you can go for your daily routine and work. Trust me practical this did not happen. I had swelling which was very bad, for Initial 7-8 days on my face. I could not leave my room because of the swelling.
Experience 6: Initially Dr. Monis said after 6 months you will see the good result. Even after regular follow up and the treatment advised by Mr. Monis, I saw there was no good improvement. Later on, Dr. Monis changed his word and said you have to wait for minimum of 8 months. I was sad but still hoped for the best and wait for more two months.
Experience 7: Once I completed 8 months Dr. Monis was told me that you had very small donor area, hairs are less and thin hence result are not as you expected but you can come for next procedure and it will be free.
All the time he boasted about results and when the time came he blamed me for my donor area. Was he not aware of it from the start? Every time while coming for follow I had been asking him for the result, he assured me you want quantity or quality? I had complete faith in him but now it all gone. I can’t find good result even after 1 year of procedure. Most of my scalp is visible. There is no density as promised earlier.
Whenever I questioned him about his team, he never told me that he does not operate but others do.
All the time I thought he will be the one doing this procedure but procedure done by a young team not by well experience team, again I disappointed.
Now, what should I do? Should I trust him again? Should I go through all this painful procedure and wait for a good result.
Dr. Monis is a very good marketing person. He can talk very well but can’t make good relation by giving quality work.
I am very much disappointed!
