Story:

In case you have read The girl who played with the fire, the first few pages will give you some unrelated abstract which you find in a way not connected to the whole story in that novel. However when you come to the end of the The girl who kicked the hornets' nest, you started to recall that part of the abstract was indeed from it . In other words, The girl who kicked the Hornet's nest is actually conclusive part and final part of of the Millenniuum series.

When one find the relationship between Zala and Salander in Millennium -II, it seems that can of worms has been opened, however in Millennium-III when the secret of section of SIS/SAPO(Sweden Secret Agency) is about to expose, they start to suppress the Lisbeth story as it can be dangerous for the section's survival and they start killing spree just to keep them self alive. Story at once starts moving the moment Lisbeth is brought to hospital with Zala(which she tried to kill using Axe). Mikael Blomkvist, tried to help her by all his means and story gets the speed.

The only thing I didn't really enjoy was love angle between Mikeal and SIS agent, its when Lisbeth is lying in the hospital deprived of everything. But I guess that is how everyone is, especially in Europe when they don't get into core of love, physical needs are just needed to be satisfied, no matter how. Larsson had this kinky stuff in all of the three novels, but it never shadow the main story.

Anyway Stieg Larsson again proved he was the best and the master story teller. Keeping labyrinth of characters(unconventional names for Indians), he never ever deviated from the main plot. Not a single character is complete pure or impure and that is how the world is.

As far as complexity of plot goes, sometimes you feel the plot is crystal clear however Larsson keeps the reader guessing and brings so many ups and downs and even in last few pages you feel as if something was about to get closed. Recommended for everyone who loves crime/ thrill and suspense. Keep watching your adrenaline level time and again while reading it:).
