This builder is a baniya builder, low quality builder, hiding the facts while selling the property.

STP is located in the bottom of the building which smells very bad. One can fill the bad smell from basement to last floor.

Leaquage starts in both the toilet and basin as well in kitchen with in the year.

Materials used is low quality.

Doors lock are not safe.

Doors fitting is not align.

Windows are not in condition it's seems that are use from the waste material.
