Well, I am one of a rare breed being that when I was a teenager I rarely got pimples. But as I get older(especially around that one time of month) I tend to get a few doozies. I don't have a wonderful list like those that I have read but here are my tips:
1) always wash your face AT LEAST twice daily! I follow with toner and face lotion.
2) drink plenty of water! A good way to make sure you will get enough is to drink a glass before and/or after each meal.
3) if you DO get a pimple. try using Neosporin.(I know it may sound strange but think about it. it IS a bacteria killer.) And isn't that what a pimple is made up of? If you can, put on the neosporin at night time and cover with a bandaid to assure it will remain on.
That's all the advice I can really give you from personal experience. If I find a cure. I'll be sure to let you know.
