Now-a-days all people spend their Time to do personal-work but they don't time to take care them-self, when HEALTH IS WEALTH.In morden life Morning to Night every person Busy so they take Fast-food therefore they fall in some measure diseases, so this problem has only one solution & that is YOGA or MEDITATION. Here some Tips on Yoga.
1-Family time with yoga. 2-Choose a comfortable place for yoga. 3-Practice with empty stomach. 4-Keep your Yoga wear simple cloth. 5-Do yoga in morning time.
6-Follow yoga techniques;
7-Take some time in MEDITATION for Mind stability.
8-Avoid Fast-food.
9-Take simple home cook food.
10-Avoid non-veg.
