Tea/coffee is very tasty, sweet and common drinks in all over the country. It was started by the English rulers during the British rule in the country and thereafter it is used at large scale in our country. Royally it is used at every home in the country and people are drinking regularly without any harmful effects. We can have tea three to four times a day and now it is our routine requirements. We are habitual to take early morning tea and feel ourselves fresh.

Tea is not harmful for for our health, without any difficulty we can make use of it. It is energy giving drinks. It gives freshness and keeps us tension free. It is very easy to prepare in our kitchen within short time. If you take a cup of strong tea after doing any hard work, it will give you good boost up and you will not feel laziness. Any types of party, get together or celebration, it is the initial item to serve for the guests. Even at our home also if some guests visit then we have to serve then tea along with the other eatables and snacks otherwise respect towards them is not completed. I think tea is better option to use then the coffee. Regularly taking of strong coffee is harmful for our health. It may effect our heart, lungs or may create any other complications to our body system. So it is good to use tea at daily basis without any harmful effects and keep yourself energetic.
