We all firmly believe in retail therapy!Don’t we?, , it is definitelysoothing, oh! Never mind bout men they won’t understand the therapeutic aspects of shopping!, , , :d, but just because a special occasion is round the corner, doesn’t mean u have to change drawing room curtains, do white wash, & redo upholstery, phew!Though ths sounds easier said thn done, one can indeed hold one’s own if one develops clarity, precision and most importantly, , reason.

Following are some of the shopping blunders we must avoid when going for shopping to a swanky mall or a market in friendly neighborhood:-

Eating a heavy lunch will destroy, even the slimmest chances of your getting into tht lbd(little black dress).

Going empty stomach will end to spend extra bucks as u’ll definitely do compulsive shopping.

Oops the means either u’ll not buy tht lbd or u’ll buy an expensive one, , , lolzzz.

Dragging the boyfriend/husband when his opinion doesn’t really matter, , , :d

Taking ur size – zero friend, , she’ll buy stuff, which u even in ur dreams can’t get into;).

Buying a fake “ chenel” wallet, or a “rayben” glares, which even if spelt right(chane`l& rayban) is still a fake and you shall steer clear.clear?!.

Buying lather pants, hot shorts and long gowns which suit very few women namely, madonna, maliika, malaika, , :d.buy thm only for a theme party or a cocktail reception(the gown tht is, , :d)

Going crazy at sales, because sure tht top/shirt is now a total steal, but do you really want to look exactly like the girl/boy nex door?, let the cloning be for sheep.

Giving in to the temptation of the i’ll-buy-it-and-lose-kilos-to-wear-it pair of jeans.trust me there is so much weight there to loose while tht style, or your interest in it, is still fresh:d

Making a rigid list is wise, but sometimes in ur favourite mall & store u get something very useful & tht could be ur impromptu but intelligent buy.

Please stop buying & giving useless gifts, your friend will rather wait a little longer than pretend to be excited by a bath salts gift hamper!, , (specialy when he/she hate tht fragnance!).ur money is?, , right u r, , down in the drain!, , literally!, , lol.

Hitting the mall when u are moody and bloated-not the perfect conditions for shopping. Period!.

This may sound simple but alwayz buy shoes in the evenings, our feet swell as the day passes, so tht pointed toe shoe tht u bought in the morning, may not fit u properly by evening.

I personally am not a fan of online shopping, tht’s why I would not recommend it.

Try and avoid buying clothes and make –up from fashion catalogues, simply because those are compiled by professional people, size zero models, studio lighting, pro make ups, & all, (sometimes the models are not even wearing the same shade, shown in the catalogue!The artists just mix and dab different shades to get tht purrrfect look, , ?, , (trust me, my aunt is a professional make-up artist!).

Also, , tht pretty balloon dress which is looking hot on tht model, may end up making u a balloon!, , lolzzzz, so stay away!.

Avoid standing near billing counters for long, , , they strategically put things like chocolates, beautifully packed hampers and freebees there, so tht ur kid will start howling for the chocolate or u just can't stop urself from buying tht oh-so-cute-pink-net-packing-soap-gift-pack!( remeber u don't need it and ur friend might hate it, , :d)

last but not the least, don't just blindly follow trends and buy things which you u may find piled up in a junk after few weeks, , buy timeless pieces, evergreen colors and well fitted silouettes.
