I am an engineer by profession and its really important to select a college which provides you with good career.
Choosing a proper college is very important which provides good teaching both theory and practically and it provides you with good infrastructure.
My advice would be to choose a college which has good staff and really good campus recruitment and my advice would be to choose college nearby your location so that there is no need for you to relocate and move away from families.
Before selecting a college do some research on it. Check whether it has good faculty, canteen, good class rooms, practical labs and should also have a very good campus recruitment.
Some of the colleges which comes under this category in Mumbai are Thadomal, VJTI, KJ Somaya, Vidyalankar Institute of Technology etc.
