I want to share my experience where I come across many stalls in different location in mumbai where they sell A normal camera + Watch for Rs 500 /-.
They setup such stall in Railway station etc so we
feel that it must be reliable because it is on railway station. Just like you see Advertisement in news paper which shows that they cure this and that problem and we feel that it must be true.
Just to have an experience I buy one from station where they had stall. Fortunately for me & Unfortunately for my friend who purchased same camera & watch from me same day because it was cheap , Camera did not work & watch also dies after few days.
Interestingly they will give you bill copy when you buy it and it has given CST / BST number and phone number of camera company so that if you have any problem with camera you can contact them and you will get replacement.
But dear readers when my friend tried to call that number which was given in bill did not worked.
For me it can be small amount but for any poor person who buy and found that camera and watch is not working , he will be at loss.
Their modus operandy is like this , they will never keep stall at same place more than 3-4 days. Since they know that any one who will use camera will take time to devlop the role & by the timecustomer realise that camera is fake , they will change the location.
I had never discussed this thing to anyone. When I visited bangalore few month back I found such stall and same kind of camera near Electronic city. So I had decided to write this review so next time when you come across such stall you can save yours and others valuable money.
If you want to check tell them that you will buy one role there and there and take photographs and give roll for development & in next one hrs you can catch that person and can be given to police.
