I can assure you, that majority of the people like me who have joined this college is because of the extensive advertising. The hoardings, the newspaper clippings and the headline of "Learn-Earn-Learn". But then again, apart from the marketing how is the college really? Well here's my opinion.
When I first walked in I realised its within the campus of The Bangalore Palace, a really beautiful area to actually have a college within, but then again, they don't have ONE particular building or anything, it is actually dispersed everywhere. The office is at one end while the classes are on another side. Getting around becomes a little confusing initially.
They have a program called the "Industry Synergised MBA" which I am a part of, where they say that you can earn on the week ends and study on the week ends, for now it seems to be going on fine, I initially had a doubt about the Degree certificates they provide but after having a word with the office they showed me all the previous year records and certificates, hence clearing my doubts.
One thing in particular that I loved are the teachers. These people are the real deal, they are actual corporate people with plenty of years of experience and give you a lot of practical knowledge while teaching, so their classes are really fun and valuable.
But what I don't like is the fact that there is no proper fixed provision for food or snacks. Sometimes students would like to sit down, relax and grab a bite, but there is no canteen yet which I am hoping comes soon. They currently only have one individual who comes in his moped carrying tea, coffee and a few refreshments, that is about it.
The scenery is good as you have greenery around you, you get to see cows and horses being bred here.
All in all, a very chilled out college to be in as long as you don't mind spending your weekends here;)
