Hi Guys,
here I am again to update you with Gati logistics which is the most pathetic, ridiculous, non professional & full of arrogant staff with no customer centric, lazy attitude with zero responsibility.
its been 10 days & my shipment is stuck at one of the place in their godown & after the follow up what we are getting is just phone numbers again n agian. So colletively, I ve got 5 mobile numbers other than their call center number.
Ms. Sukanya - 07738372684(biggest fraud), Mangesh - 07738372400(good for nothing), Minakshi & Mr. Sarin - 08618460075(most pathetic person), Mr. Hemant(left the job) another female - 07738011651, 7 FINALLY one male exe who cries on call but wont do the needful - 09741160174.
their superiors are the biggest motivation of fraud. a person named Nilesh Peshne, supervisor/manager, gave me a reply that he has spoken to concerned higher authority & the things will be sorted out. when I called up the concerned person in front of Nilesh, that person has left the job way long back.no shame at all.
all the numbers I recvd are passing the ball to another & we as a customer are like fools in their trap.finnaly I have to make police complaint against this & hopefully they can sort this mess out.
I wish & request you to pls spend a little more & get professional help rather these Gati non professional junks & boil your blood unnecessarily.
to hell with Gati.the most non ethical idiots on earth.
