Hey what's up guys , today I am gonna share my horrible and terrible experience with gati courier service.
I have placed an order on Amazon on 28 November and it was shipped on 30 November via GATI COURIER, the expected date of delivery was 10th December and was going already late.
After a couple of days I checked the status of my order on GATI website and the status was shown as package returned.
I was shocked after I saw that my package is returned to origin, I wondered why it happened and contacted the gati courier, they told me that we will inform you after checking the status, but I didn't got any call back from them. So, I contacted them once again and they told me that the package was damaged on its way so we returned it and we are very sorry for that.
That was the flash sale product and I was unable to order it again and I was really disappointed by gati courier services and their customer staff.
