Saw many negative reviews about Gati here. But my recent experience with them is very nice. Ordered one AC at Snapdeal on 29.03.2016 and was shipped through Gati on 30.03.2016.Expected date of delivery was 11.04.2016.
So I was not at all expecting the delivery before 11.04.2016.But this morning I got a call from Local Gati office and they said they will deliver the product today itself.And it was delivered without 2 hours without any trouble.The AC was shipped from New Delhi to my City Guwahati, Assam. Packaging was intact as packed without any damage.I am impressed.
