Garnier Men PowerWhite Double Action Face Wash is one of the best personal care products in the market today. I liked this facewash so much that I have been using it for over two years. Something about this product that makes it different and better from other brands:
1) This face-wash is perfect for semi-oily and oily skin types. It washes out the excess oil, dirt, and grime from the skin and keeps it dry for hours on end. Yes, for hours.
2) It is the first dual texture face wash by Garnier Men, comprising of a grey-white liquidy mixture of black charcoal and icy-clay complex.
3) It has a fresh, sharp, and minty fragrance that lingers for some time after you've used it.
4) You need to apply it after wetting your face with water and then gently rubbing a little amount( one small squeeze is enough) using the tips of your fingers. Avoid the eye contours though because if it gets in the eye, they begins to sting. If by chance it gets in the eyes, wash them immediately with water.
5) It forms a rich foamy lather once it comes in contact with wet face and with its Innovation Duo Foam, spreads evenly on the skin, cleansing it deeply.
6) There are no grainy substances or particles in the face wash.
7) The icy-clay complex cools the skin along with cleaning it. You'll feel the coolness when you begin to wash your face after having applied the face wash for 3-4 minutes.
8) The instant whitening effect as the product advertises is there but I think it is more because of the removal of grime and sweat from the face, which makes it look glowing fresh and radiant. Hence the term. Don't think that the whitening effect will make you fairer. The effect is not permanent in the long run. The face wash won't give you a fairer skin!
9) It does not adhere to or stick to the skin after it has been washed off. So after you wash your face, no uncomfortable feeling of soapy foam sticking to facial skin is there.
10) It's not suited for dry skin types. Using it on dry skin might make it even more drier and consequently, itchy and irritable.
11) It is not recommended for use by children under 3 years of age. Use it twice a day. Even once is enough. My advice would be to use it early morning or in the evening.
This a value-for-money product. A 50 gram tube costs just Rs. 99 and it will last for some months as very little amount of face wash, actually just a little squeeze, is needed for every single-time usage. Go for it.
