I really am enjoying using the garnier fructis triple nutrition shampoo. It contains avocado, almond, and olive oils to make your hair feel silky smooth! I notice right away in the shower how much smoother and softer my hair feels after I use the shampoo. it smells nice too. I use this product along with garnier fructis triple nutrition conditioner and hair elixir. these products are great at making your hair stay soft and look hydrated. I also like that it is paraben free which is great because parabens have been linked to disrupt hormones in the body and cause cancers. all in all, garnier fructis came out with a really great product for people that suffer from dry hair.
