There was a Garden Festival form 19th to 21st February, 2016 in the Garden of Five senses which was organised by the Delhi Tourism Department. I had visited there on 21st February, 2016 on this occasion. I with my children enjoyed a lot in this Garden. The Garden of Five Senses was a park spread over 20 acres, in Saidul Ajaib village, opposite Saket Metro station in Delhi. The Garden was full of plantation with variety of shrub, herbs and different types of flowers.
There were several gallery prepared there for flowers, Grafted Cacti, oldest bonsai and lot of hanging pots with flowers. In the Garden there were many splendor sculptures of stone and terracotta made which were kept in the middle of the flowers. It creates nice view and giving sense of nature all around the garden. There was an entry ticket of Rs. 30 for adult and Rs. 10 for children. The Garden is designed to stimulate one's sensory responses to the environment. The combination of color and fragrance, texture and form evokes the awareness of touch, smell, sight, sound and taste. This is must visited park for the people of Delhi.
