Never trust futurebazaar and payback

I had ordered a Bergner 6 Pcs Knife Set with stand from futurebazaar on 9th April using my balanced payback points [Order ID: 5056984038].


After trying for more than three times, my order was finally placed and I received the following message.


(Dear Customer, Thank you for your order. Received Rs. 299 on 09 Apr, 2012) and they deducted my packback points.


The courier person came with the product at my place but asked Rs 300/-. I informed him that I had already done the payment using my balanced pay back points. On hearing this he told me that he will be check it again and will be back after 2 days. I really don’t understand what’s wrong with Future Bazaar. On one end they say that the order is placed using payback points and on other end they ask for payment on delivery.


I am very disappointed with futurebazaar and will recommend all never to purchase anything from it as well as payback point.

Dear @ SMSA, I understand that you have placed the order number 5056984038 using your PayBack points however the courier partners are asking to make the payment again of the product at the time of delivery.
As discussed, let me confirm that I am personally coordinating with the logistic partners to arrange the delivery of the product without any additional payment. Let me assure you that the necessary action will be taken at my end and the ordered product will be delivered at your shipping address within the next 24 hours.
