Well my first Purchase at FutureBazaar which has a great website turned out to be a horrible experience.I bought a product worth 1300 Rs and then after a few days I recieved a product worth 700 Rs and from a different company.So the morale is that they cannot even deliver you the product you ordered.I communicated to them but the response is slow and no action so far.


How can you trust a site which boasts so much about it and then it cannot deliver you the product you purchased.Even small scale ecommerce sites enusre that you are delivered with the right prodcut.


Now with money deducted, wrong product delivered and no response, surely this is a case of pure cheating and no concern for customers and that to if you experience something like this in the First Purchase then surely there is a concern to alert everyone.


*Update: Well Finally the issue is sorted out and the right product is delivered to me.Overall I must say the initiation of the service was late but once initiated things were quickly resolved.


The main reason for giving negative feedback was that I wanted to do more purchases, but with the first experience being not so great, the confidence in making future purchases is low.


I hope to see Future Bazaar improve on customer service.*
