I have had a very unpleasant experience with futurebazaar.com I placed an order for a book on 24th Mar'09 and was promised delivery within 7 days, as per their Service specifications. However I finally recived the product only after 18 days of placing the order.
When I first enquired with the customer service, they said due to logistics related issues, they did not deliver the shipment by 31st Mar'09. Finally I get a call from their Cust Support Exec saying that they had already shipped the product on 3rd Mar (almost 11 days after placing the order). When I still did not get the shipment by 6th Mar, I mailed them & they said they had still not shipped the product.
Finally, on expected day of shipment delivery, I get a mail from them saying that they had already shipped and if I want I can refuse to accept the delivery. They also said that "The further necessary actions will be taken on receipt of the product at our end." No mention about refund of the paid amount.
I had a disgusting experience from them and will never again buy from futurebazaar.com again !
