Best party venue around Chennai. I was searching for a good bar and pub restaurant in Chennai for my birthday treat. Some of my colleagues suggested Fusion 9, which I never heard. Finally we went over there and had a rocking party.
Fusion 9 is a popular restaurant around Chennai but unfortunately I never came across this, so my birthday party venue presented me a good hangout place for me. Talking about my first impression on this restaurant was bad, very bad. As we entered Fortune Park, the ground floor area was really worst and thought of changing the venue for a second. Fusion 9 is located at 2nd floor, cleanliness was quite opposite to ground floor. A big relief for us, as we entered into Fusion9 ambiance was perfect. Very spacious and soothing.
One of the best services I had seen in a Chennai restaurant, we hardly waited for anything. They were friendly and provided us very quick service. As we were new to this place some of us requested them for food suggestions. They suggested us good starters and main course, we loved all the items especially chicken kebabs they were amazing and very very special.
Food menu was stunning they had wide variety of items and we had a very tough time to choose, some ordered by us and some as per their suggestion. Fusion 9 has different cuisines like Chinese, Italian, Thai, Indian and many more. We had soups, starters, main courses and cocktails. None of them disappointed us.
As there were so many items I couldn't remember everything but I can list out some delicious items which still makes my mouth watering.
In starters we had chicken tikka, chicken wrap, fish cakes and some more, but these three were top among all of them. Coming to main course we had some variety items like chicken cordon, juju kebabs and some pastas.
Main course items were delicious and worth for what we pay. If you are a cocktail lover please don’t miss this place, they had nearly 30-40 variety of cocktails. We ordered 4-5 cocktails and all were like worth trying them.(but expensive)
Cost and value for money is a bit worried aspect irrespective of food quality, for 6 people we had a bill around 5700 Rupees. But the combination of ambiance, music and the food was really fantastic. We were around for 3-4 hrs and enjoyed every moment.
Simple advice: if you are planning to hangout, its simply better to go for food not for drinks. So Eat inside Drink outside to save some money.
