~ A Recharge To Recharge You ~. Review on Freecharge

Internet Banking has become a part of our daily life. It is the most convenient way and because of it Banking now can be done as per our ease. Most of us opt for it only to get the bank account details while few take a step further in using it for a few online deals . It can be termed as a risk but certainly a risk worth taking..!

I came across the site Freecharge.in through a fan page on Facebook. Freecharge.in enables a person to recharge his cell online and to get coupons worth the recharge amount absolutely Free (ten rupees extra as delivery charges). After going through the site I thought of giving it a try, it was too tempting!

I found the procedure simple and secure. I registered myself on the site in November last year and I am penning this review after trying it umpteen number of times. I have been using it to recharge my family and friends numbers too. I am assuring you of its service only after having a few good and bad experiences.

Let me cite a few reasons to justify my stance.

I have never faced any problem with this instant recharge facility. Once the order is confirmed the recharge is done within seconds.

Last week I entered the wrong recharge value (thanks to the incorrect info given by reliance customtakeouter care) and I didn’t receive the recharge confirmation sms. I immediately checked my mail account and saw a mail regarding the reversal of the transaction. No money was deducted from my account.

One more experience that I will quote here is that of delivery of incorrect coupons, though of the same recharge value. I mailed customtakeouter care informing them the same and within four day they sent the coupons for the same transaction again as a goodwill gesture.

Coupons are delivered within 10 days but I often it is delayed further as my house is located in an absurd corner of the city. And after ten days I generally mail the order number and other details to its customtakeouter care. The reply is prompt with the Shipment Number and details of the courier company.

The best deal I have come across on this site is of Mc D, where in one can buy worth 50 and use the coupon worth fifty.. this info will be quite useful to @desigal ;-) Pizza Hut deal is also worth trying....

So far the only problem I faced is the delay in delivery of coupons and I never faced any problem with recharging, my account was neverwrongly debited.

The site is charging ten bucks extra for the coupons but it is certainly worth it. The discount coupons are accepted by the merchant without any hassle.
