Here I am going to share my recent bad experience.
I was purchaseing some products from online shopping and I paid through freecharge gateway.
My money is deducted from my bank account. after 2 days I have got an email that my order cancelled due to some reason and they refunded my money. alsi I have got an message from freecharge that my money will refund in my bank account on 22.01.2018. after 3 days I have complained to freecharge customer care that I haven't received my money in my bank account and they replied me that within 5 days I will get refund in my bank account.
today is 30.01.2018. still not received my money in my bank account. what should I do now?
now I have to send my bank statement to my bank and I have to show my bank account number, balance and all details. this is not a good way to make privacy. they can see all our money spent records after they will refund our money.
so my suggestion is don't use freecharge otherwise if any trouble then you have to share all your details about bank and your money spent.
