To whom so ever it may concern.
This is to bring to your attention about the recent incident which occurred in your so called well reputed hotel Fortune Select Cosmos, Bangalore.
I am Sachin Agarwal, Admin – Epsilon Carbon Pvt. Ltd. & my team has booked me in your pathetic hotel from Monday, 21st – 25th Oct 2024. This is my 3rd visit to Fortune Hotel in Bangalore.
To my surprise this time in my room on Tuesday evening post returning from office to my room, I found a dirty, unhygienic underpants lying under the chair which made my room smelly & ruined the food ordered for self.
Initially, I spoke to Ms. Nidhi(duty manager) for addressing the same & she very conveniently took the chair & that underpants & apologized.
After few mins, I was visited by Mr. Abhishek Kumar from IT & Mr. Shahsi who acted to listen to me but was unable to resolve the issue.
All I have asked is for a letter of apology & assurance in writing that it won’t happen if I change the room which was clearly denied by all the above-mentioned staff of the hotel. No one out of curiosity has even asked me for having my dinner when they knew that the food is lying on the table, there wasn’t any disinfection sprayed nor any room freshener. This is the type of service you are giving to your guests.
During the entire conversation, my room door was open & I could smell of some one smoking very badly. When I informed to the staff, there was no action taken against this activity. And you call your hotel no smoking area. Mr. Abhishek was surprised to see their own standards inside the hotel.
I have handled the entire conversation very politely with all member present at the very moment. In return, Mr. Shashi was angry on me & literally has asked me to leave the hotel. What a shameful guy he is.
As a result, I need to search for another hotel @ 1230 midnight. There lies your security & concern for the guest. I hope Shashi would be very happy about this.
I have no doubt & I am sure that none of my company’s future business would be coming to Fortune Hotels.
I have cleared for all the bills for whatever I have taken the services as I don’t need any kind of favor from this pathetic hotel & ridiculous staff. However, I will ensure that I will definitely spread a word about the above behavior of the hotel staff especially when its completely their fault. As a matter of fact, I would go for a legal complaint.
