FHIS is a fraud company that fools people by taking their money with promise of best holidays in friendly budget. They organize events where they show plenty of properties worldwide. They also provide assurances that if someone wants to quit membership in between, they can do so after availing two holidays.
We found this fascinating during their event and went ahead for the membership(Ownership). After a month we received document from FHI where they didn't mention anything about membership type and cancellation policy.
In September 2021, we planned for Jim Corbett and Mussoorie and asked FHIS team for hotel options and gave few options from our end as well. They declined our options and gave 2-3 options which were not good as per our research but they assured that these are the best options in those locations.
After a lot of discussion, we choose hotels, paid them money(for maintenance on every 7 nights and food) and started our trip.
During trip suddenly we received call from FHIS team that Mussoorie's hotel is full, you have to choose some other hotel and randomly they gave us two options. So immediately we had to take decision. That was a mood spoiler alarm for us.
There was one more surprise waiting in out way to take our bad mood to next level. In hotels, they gave us delux room but during event they assured that you will always get suite room that's the benefit of membership(Good rooms in low cost). When we asked for upgrade, FHIS Sales manager 'Vishnu Tripathi' said that it's your fault, during booking you should have asked for higher room.
Overall we were not at all satisfied so we decided to opt for cancellation. We were continuous in touch with 'Vishnu Tripathi' and explained him everything. He adviced us that you can't cancel your holiday as per our policy. You have to avail two holidays for cancellation. After couple of days, we decide for Maldives and again asked FHIS team for options. This time they said, "We regret to inform you that Maldives location is not operational yet due to Contractual issue, Hence you can go with the Domestic Holidays". This was very disappointing because for us main purpose of this membership was to enjoy international trip in friendly budget.
To get rid of this membership and to avail 2nd holiday as per cancellation policy, we decided to celebrate our anniversary in any hotel in Delhi NCR. We gave them some options from their website and received reply as follow "This is apprise you that, we have some contract issue with Roseate House as of now once the issue will be resolve we will share the availability with you, hence you can chose some another option for your booking".
Just for cancellation sake, we decide on one hotel that they provide with delux room. This time we asked for upgrade and they said "you have to pay 8500 extra". We did upgrade our room but directly from hotel by giving just 2000 only.
Till now we already had two "bad" holidays, we went ahead for cancellation by writing them mail with all the issues we faced while availing holidays. 15 days passed away, but we didn't receive response from their end. In between we did follow up 2-3 times. We waited for one more week and then visited to their office in Kalkaji. There we met "Khurshid Alam" who addressed himself as "Director". We explained him everything happened with us and he assured within 7 days our money will be processed. But it was 10days now and no communication from their end.
We called him multiple times but didn't receive satisfactory reply. It was a trap.
In the end, they said, your membership is non-refundable. We tried to reach out the owner of FHIS "Raunit Gupta", but he also didn't respond properly rather he ignored our concern.
Requesting you all to be aware of such companies. They just do fake promise and take away your money. Later provide 3rd classroom at higher cost.
