I am Prachiti Gunjekar and I own a ford figo diesel(MH12JM4412). On april 2014 we met with an accident and we gave over ford figo for service to planet ford service station pune .
Initially when we gave ford figo for service and inquired about the charges they firmly told us that it will take 50 thousand rupees apart from the insured amount. So we thought lets repair our car rather than giving it for total loss.
Cost increased to one lakh rupees after one month . But things started taking a ugly turn when we were told after three months that it will take 2 lakh as a contribution from our side .
and now after 5 months they are telling us it will take 2.5 lakh rupees as over contribution . Total cost of repair has reached 5.5 lakh rs so far .
But still there is no communication from ford service guy about the delivery of our car and also final amount is yet not being informed to us .
I don't understand on what basis they said it will take just 50 thoushand as our contribution and now they have increased it to 2.5 lakh rupess with labour charges alone costing 1.5 lakh rupees.
Guys don't buy a ford car and if you buy one pray to god that it never mets with accident because service cost of ford car will make your life hell.
