I am Arindam Singh, bought FORD ECO SPORT in year July 2014 . My experience with the vehicle is as mentioned below. Ford Company is a fraud company, if we register complaint with customer care they say that we will get back within 24 Hrs, but they never come back and if you want a result you only have to contact them again. I faced a vehicle breakdown on 10th Sep 2016 at 10.30PM but they have sent the pick vehicle at 2.30 AM whereas the pickup place was just 15 km away from Eden city. They say that Pick up is free but the pick vehicle driver compulsory bought Rs. 300 from me. My vehicle had clutch problem and even it was under warranty period the company refused to cover the same under warranty. Ford cheats the customer with tricky warranty periods. The ford showroom also doesn’t support the customer and say that they can’t do anything. When I have given for 20000 Km service they had scratched my vehicle front light has damaged. Their service is so poor and par below the standard. Their Service center manager doesn’t even address the issue properly. Rock fort Ford at Kolkata has done the service and says that because of driving only the clutch issue has come. He is trying to support the Ford Company. At Rock fort Ford when my vehicle brought for service at 3 PM. The security demanded for Tips to allow the vehicle inside. Rs. 50 given. Note: I bought Swift vehicle in 2006. I learned driving in that vehicle. From 2006 to 2014 I have used the vehicle nearly 70000 Km it has run but there was no problem with clutch or any other part of the vehicle. Now Ford Eco sport in two years with 25000 km is having problem so which vehicle is efficient? Ford Company is Fraud Company don’t by vehicle from them please.
