It’s bad enough when a customer has a negative experience with your business, but bad quickly moves to worse if there’s no easy way for them to tell you about it and they blast the story all over social media.
Im very much disappointed with the service such labelled startups give these days, these below mentioned situations however, are usually considered universally unacceptable:
Long wait times and response times
Poor attention to detail
Company reps with lack of experience and knowledge
Unprofessional and impersonal interactions.
Companies like FOODPANDA, who are guilty of these bad customer service traits often face negative consequences - many of which are difficult to overcome and can lead to the company's failure, which I hope they should but they still ignore us and they do NOT want to improve.
Check this out this is a proof: https://livemint.com/Companies/rYKC6HjnShogjE62jO5lpK/The-trouble-with-Foodpanda

My experiecnce with Foodpanda went from bad to worse, those people cant even correct my accopunt details from the back end.(I had trouble to update my new number in my account, which is FYI they are still unable to update).
One time the delivery guy went back becuase he couldnt locate me because the number was not reachable, it was late night and I had to sleep hungry, can you do that to your customer? Just keep yourself iun my possition.
The other time, I had to ask them 5-6 times to refund me the amount which they were not able to dekiver me, just because of the guy went back. and guess what after the 6th time they accepted my request.
Delays in reponse is something you should always and alwyas except from them, the things which they do NOT notice is that people are hungry when they order. Thats a common sense every food startup should keep in their minds, but, even after the delays one expects a prompt and statisfing response. If they do NOT get it just like I didnt from FOODPANDA you are not keeping your customers happy. which directly means you're not capable enough to go on.
The coders do Not know what they are doing they are just putting validations without knowing the consequenses, the structure of FOODPANDA is broken here in India, if you do not belive me, just check Glassdoor review, there own employees are not happy.:D I ahve attached few screenshot as proofs to this review.
I could write a lot more about them as I'm not happy and I'm still hunger.
Such Startups should look up to Swiggy, Zomato, BOX8 who are doing so well in keeping their customers happy.
