I am writing this review after having really disappointing service by food panda for last few orders. The service of this platform is really not up to the mark. I happen to order few days ago, from a restaurant which is just 3 km from my place for which I had to wait for 1 hour and 15 minutes, even after repeatedly calling the restaurant I couldn't get any satisfactory reply and in the end I had to call the customer service.
The customer service executive couldn't give any firm answer on status of my food and in the end what I get is totally cold food with very bad packing. Food panda must held such restaurants responsible for their bad delivery and also their delivery personnel who are most of the times late and talk arrogantly.
The delivery person who finally arrived after an hour was not carrying any change either which was again a big headache to arrange for a simple change of 20 rupee and in this whole process I lost my 2 hours.Overall I am not satisfied by their support and service delivery.
The website and the mobile app are good with sufficient information regarding the restaurant and lots of options but they are sometimes lacking in the food items which are otherwise available at the restaurant and can be ordered separately calling the restaurant which I dont like.
The website and the app is user friendly and easy to use and register but sometimes takes a lot of time to load. Overall not satisfactory experience
