I had been using both zomato& swiggy for all these days before just checking out with Foodpanda today for the first time. Guess what. It was a miserable experience. My order was placed successfully with advanced payment. Someone from Foodpanda had called me to get idea about my location and he even intimated me about the delivery time too which was surprisingly shorter than the other delivery chains. Everything was right till this. After 20 minutes approximately I suddenly received a message stating that my order has been delivered successfully! It was all to add to my astonishment when I went to check in my app. There too it was marked as delivered! Not only that when I went to chat with their representatives it showed that I am in que and there was 197 other people before me! That itself was enough to show the amount of unsatisfied customers. However I got no chance to talk to them via chat because my turn did not come even after 20 minutes. Occasionally please remember that me and my friend were feeling terribly hungry at that time. Without finding no other way we had to call the delivery boy but again to our astonishment he claimed that the food was delivered successfully! He was more interested to accuse me for lying than accepting the fault and let me know any possible way out. You people can probably feel the pain and anger that I was feeling at that time.


Guess what. At the end we had to go for our trusted Swiggy again to get of the hunger.


Now coming to the lesson. Before going to order anything from foodpanda you people try one thing. Just go to their chatroom and see the surge of dissatisfied customers. You will understand everything. And please term my review as wrong if any of you get any chance to talk to then via online chat or customer service number. They even don't have any customer assistance number. Yes they do have a mail id. For sharing the grivances. I had mailed my issue there too but their downtime for answering my mail is again astonishingly "eight working days". That means these idiots expect that people will wait 8 "working" days without eating anything. Screenshot enclosed.


We live in a world where many other far more active and prompt service providers are plying. Then why should they think about their flourish with this much poor service?


I am not concerned about the rs.250 that I have lost today as I believe that I am never going to get it back. But there is no one to listen to us! They have no window to communicate! Therefore people are becoming compelled to vent their anger in review sections. The negative reviews posted in these websites are like curse to them. The Foodpanda people will understand it's effect soon.
