Hi,
This is my humble request you all to please do not consider Flynote as your travel partner ever. I have come across to their attractive deals and decided to move ahead to book my Honeymoon trip to Bali.
When inquired about their credibility all they answered is check our google reviews sir. It is 4.3 stars which no other company has.
Mr. Aishwar Jaiswal( Flynote executive) used to call me thrice a day for booking amount. I paid them initial amount and then it all started. The responses to my queries( hotel, leisure, sightseeing, etc) were started getting delayed. I had paid 75 k.
And then I started calling them 4-5 times in a day(chain of msgs asking for replies on emails, queries, ). I used to get a response after a week or so, stating that, "sorry sir I was in this country that country on tour so could not receive a call or answer your query"( I used to see that guy online on wats app but he used to ignore nicely).
Then they booked some hotel, to which I said I wish to change it as it is not what I wanted. As an expected response, "I will check with my team in Bali and will get back you". Every such response used to take a minimum of a week's time and no. of reminders from my side.
out of frustration I decided just to cancel the trip and asked for a refund as per their own policy.
As expected they denied paying as per their policy as well saying that, we cant as we have booked everything for you, sir. ( I had canceled my trip 58 days prior to my travel and their policy says, cancellation before 40 days travel will have 20% deduction and 80% will be refunded for a land package). They denied even to follow their own policy of an 80% refund.
Now after waiting for 2 months I received no response any refund.
Out of this hell of an experience, I decided to file a complaint in the consumer forum(complaint id: 1829599).
Finally, after all these fights I received only INR 7729/- as refund amount.
I just wanted you to tell you a few points here in short.
1.Staff is polite till they get a 50% payment.
2.All executives are on travel and if your contact person is on tour, there is no backup, you will just receive emails from their id reservations@flynote.in stating that " we are working on it we will get back to you".
3.Dont expect a swift response to any of your urgent queries.
4.They don't follow their own policies.
5.Go ahead with them if you wish to experience frustration before your travel and waste your time on calling them and emailing them.
Flynote is a startup company and I m trying to send my feedback to the founders as well. Yet to establish contact with them.
Anyways at the end choice is yours. get lured with their offers and experience pathetic customer service.
Attach here the proof of the second last communication I had with them. You can imagine the kind of service they provide.
