Hi There,
I ordered a rakhi in floweraura as they have a special web page for rakhi, they promised me to deliver on 24th but they failed to deliver on 24th and postponed to deliver on 25 but again they failed.
Later they told me to track with e commerce people. They called me to collect after rakhi festival, what is the point to collect rakhi after rakhi festival, even they couldn't deliver the rakhi afternoon time of rakhi and no one answers in the customer care when we make phone calls.
They are selling it like rakhi but they say they treated it like gift, they have bugs in their software and they don't like to give the best service to the customers.
This is people are just eating clients money and making us fools.They spoiled my festival time and my money.

What is the point to take a person to hospital after he passes away, what is the point to deliver a food after it's spoiled.They didn't fail one time to accept apologies, they gave me three different delivery dates but they failed every time.
They couldn't deliver in 3 days as they accepted to, how they can deliver a order on same day.They are just bluffing the clients.
