This is the worst experience I ever had.. I scheduled the delivery for 18th June, 9 to 12noon and it was delivered on 17th June, 8.20PM..waaooo.. before that I recvd a call from Flower Aura saying that they don't have the birthday box I selected so they asked me to make a choice..after a lot of discussion I thought of going with GOLA vase..and look at their customer service..they still didn't sent what I opted.. not only this, there was no card to let person know who sent the order..ridiculous..
Not only this, I reached out to their customer service team where they casually took this and said we apologise for this experience..woww! That's the end to story
