I would like to lodge a compliant against Flipkart, I have purchased some item on last big billion sale on October 17… I have used two debit card for the same. as your cash back is maximum INR 2000/- per axis bank card.
My order for Onida 109.22cm(43 inch) Full HD LED Smart TV and Extended Warranty 2 Year by Flipkart Protect with order ID OD110433931501300000 is eligible for a cashback of 10%. The cashback amount of INR2000 credited to my account on 4th Jan 2018.
Also, I have ordered with one other Axis bank card, order details OD110434148193147000, OD110433969507418000, OD110407225139781000 and OD110402826599656000 for Haier 347 L Frost Free Double Door Refrigerator, Prestige PIC 23.0 Induction Cooktop, Orient Quasar 3 Blade Ceiling Fan and Bosch GSB 500 RE Power& Hand Tool Kit. I haven’t received my cash back for my second transaction, I have sent several emails to your customer service, unfortunately Flipkart customer service people’s firstly they claim that they have sent cash back on 19th Jan2018 to my account, then I have complained that I haven’t receive the money they said they required my bank statement to confirm that I am not lying, then I have forwarded my bank statement from the date of my purchase until date, they haven’t study my case and denying my cash back by saying I am not eligible for the same.
As per Flipkart Big Billion offer it clearly says maximum 10% cash back per Axis bank Card is INR2000/-. Please find the attachment for the offer they have given on website. Still we can see it on the Flipkart AAP.
As iam staying out of country I couldn't call or file the legal action against Flipkart for the moment, it doesn't mean that I will not take any action against this cheating / false promises to the customer.
From the beginning I had several issue with the after sales customer service, same I have raised to the customer services. Because of this purchase I have gone through several mental pressure and headaches. This kind of torturing from your customer service should be regularise and consider the customer with all due respect.
