Getting worst day by day. Review on Flipkart

Flipkart is shopping website and it is developed in india only and we are pround of that flipkart got huge sucess but I had a bad experience with flipkart as I ordered white santa monica sneakers(white Color) worth rupees 1500 and I booked them and they said the product will be shipped in 3-4 days . I thought they will ship my shoes in after 3-4 days as they said but I never got a call on my phone from the deliver guy and everyday they send me a messege after 6 evening that customer is not responding to calls and the same thing happend for 3 days and I contacted them on facebook and again on next day same messege came . I provided them my primary phone number, correct adress, and all other required details .

And after 5 days The customer care person called me and told that since you are not responding we have canncelled your order and you have to reorder the product I said ok I will reorder it as I liked the shoes and what happend is they suddenly increased the price of those shoes from 1500 to 1750 .from that time I don't trust flipkart and their customer support service.
